Ben is the apposite of what most children of Hermes, the Greek form of his father are known to be. Ben grew up and thrived in the Roman legion and developed many of their personality traits. He's a very serious person, and takes competition as serious as can be. He isn't a spoiled loser, but he very much hates to lose with a passion. He can be a bit blunt, not one to care about sparing feelings and has been known to give tough love when it's for the best of his cohort or the legion. He's a quick thinker and does well planning for battle and working out strategics. He doesn't like to sit still, he'd rather be training the troops or sparring rather than sitting idly. He doesn't care for jokes or immature humor, he doesn't see the point. He's instead a quick fighter who would put his life down for his Praetor and his legion. He hates dissemination in ranks and traitors, loyalty is a very huge thing for him. He doesn't much notice girls at least not in the romantic sense but if they were particularly stunning or eye catching he's the absolute worst at flirting. Ben is Roman loyal and hates the idea of having to work with Grecius scum, but knows that unfortunately that's the case for the moment so he usually sucks it up and plays nice. He's got a temper at times but that's usually only riled when new campers aren't taking things seriously or acting like children. He tends to think Romans are the best and the only ones who will be able to clean this mess, but tries to keep those opinions to himself.

Ben was born to Carolina Lisbeth Stellis an Australian actress. She was young, but very smart and very talented. She had won many awards before hitting her 30s. She was filming a movie about Ancient Rome when she first laid eyes on the messenger God. She was in full Roman costume, dressed up like the ancient Goddess Juno when a handsome man introduced himself as the movie's writer. The two got to talking and flirting. Before she knew it they were writing each other love notes and spending nights together. Things advanced and before long Carolina was pregnant.
It was then that the handsome man confessed to being an actual God and told her what the child would be. Carolina was terrified of course, but she was a strong woman and tried raising the child like he was any other kid. She brought up with her when she traveled and made sure he was in the best schools. It had seemed easy to mask who he really was...until he turned ten. Things began to attack the boy, first smaller things like what looked like a snarling dog to Carolina, she doubled his security and tried to ignore it. Then larger things came, things she couldn't have imagined. She knew then it was time to give him up. She sent to boy to America, California to be exact and that was that. The little boy stepped off the plane and began making his way towards something he had no idea he was going towards. He made it to the wolf house and trained with Lupa for two long years. He was tough and he learned quick, he began not only excelling in the training but enjoying it as well.
When it made it to the legion he had no papers because he simply was a foreigner but he did have Lupa's recommendation and that was enough to get him into the third cohort. From there he worked for six years and fought his way up the ladder. Claiming as many victories and training exercises he could until he finally advanced to the first co-hort. It took another three years to make it to first cohort centurion. When the war happened Ben left with his legion, still claiming loyalty to Rome and his Praetor though grudgingly working with the Greeks to clean up this mess and stop the Titan children.

POWERS & ABILITIES
Ben's main power is SPEED COMBAT. He has worked to develop his skill since he was a child and it comes as easily to him as breathing now. Because of this skill he is quite light on his feet, able to spin and maneuver very much faster than his opponents. His hits seemed to pack a harder punch and his fighting skill is very high. Not quite as high as the children of Mars or Ares but they are better than most demigods. Just like with any power if he finds himself in a very long fight or straining too much he tends to get exceedingly dizzy the more he uses it to the point of possibly passing out if pushed to the extremes.
Ben's second power is SPEED TRAVEL. Ben uses this power mainly when he's sparring against someone. He tends to dissapear and re-appear behind them, beside them, etc. He likes to wait until they swing and extend themselves before vanishing to tire them out more. Ben can also use this power to appear at other parts of the camp, but he has never tried anything long distance. He assumes anything more than the camp and he might end up who knows where.
